Common questions

  • How do I get a quote?
Text or email Remy with your address and what you need. For most new yards, Remy will book a quick look before giving the final price.
  • Do you show prices online?
Not yet. Lawns can be very different, so quotes are given after seeing the yard, the access, and the amount of work needed.
  • Where do you work?
The Lawn Guy Bradford serves Bradford West Gwillimbury only at launch.
  • What does a standard mow include?
A standard mow includes cutting the lawn, trimming around key areas, blowing hard surfaces clean, and mulching clippings by default when conditions allow.
  • What if it rains or the lawn is unsafe to cut?
If weather or lawn conditions make the cut unsafe or likely to look bad, Remy will reschedule as soon as practical.
  • Do I need to be home?
For the first quote visit, it helps if you are available. For future mowing visits, Remy can usually work from access instructions.
  • What should I do before a visit?
Please clear pet waste and mention any hidden hazards. Besides that, Remy will handle the yard-care work that is in the quote.
  • Do you handle overgrown lawns?
Yes, but overgrown lawns are quoted separately because they can take more time and may need a different first-cut approach.
  • Do you offer weed or grub treatments?
Remy can look at lawn-health concerns during the quote visit. Paid pesticide, herbicide, grub, or pest treatments should not be advertised until Ontario licensing and product-label requirements are confirmed.
